Theoretical Astroparticle Physics

Dark matter as an elementary particle: its cosmology, particle physics modeling, theoretical and phenomenological investigation of its accelerator and astrophysical searches, namely direct detection and indirect detection trough multiwavelength messengers (from radio to gamma rays), charged cosmic rays (antiprotons, positrons, antideuterons) and neutrinos. Sources and propagation of cosmic rays in the Galaxy. Photon statistics in gamma-rays. Physics of massive neutrinos in terrestrial experiments and astrophysical and cosmological observations: neutrino oscillations, neutrino masses, Dirac or Majorana nature of neutrinos. Studies of non-standard neutrino proprieties, as the existence of sterile neutrinos and electromagnetic neutrino interactions.
